I've been caring for children for 27 years — started as a little girl lining up my dolls to teach them, and never stopped. Apple Valley is the place I built so Yakima families have somewhere they can really trust. Come meet us.

Our Programs
Care and learning for ages one to eight.
Three classrooms, each built around what kids that age really need. Small group sizes — we're licensed for 37 children total, and each room has its own rhythm.

By the time kids leave Pre-K, they're writing their names, sounding out letters, counting to 50, and ready for the bus.

Licensed for 37 children total. Your child isn't a number — they're known by name from day one.
State pay welcome.
Working Connections Child Care, Yakama Nation CCDF, and private pay all accepted. Money shouldn't block great care.

Every teacher is CPR & First-Aid certified, background-checked, and fingerprinted. Safety is the baseline here, not a feature.

A state-licensed center (WA DCYF #254819), inspected by Washington DCYF on a regular basis.
A Day With Us
A rhythm kids can count on.
Healthy meals and snacks every two to three hours, time outside twice a day weather permitting, and a real schedule for the older kids — because kindergarten will have one too.
Note: All children must be on site by 9:30 AM. Schedule varies slightly by room — toddlers have a looser rhythm, Pre-K follows a stricter routine.
